Touch control stops working

Loved this game a couple of years ago.
Now touch slicing stops working after about 20 seconds on my iPhone 5s with OS 8.2 & 8.3. The game (which the AppStore made me repurchase) for my iPad will not work at all.
Do NOT buy this. It doesnt work.
